TRACEBUILD Lite brings markup, measurement and quantity takeoff into a browser. Open a PDF, set the scale and measure areas, lengths and counts. Detection tools can propose spaces and runs; you review them before using the quantities. Export the result to Excel or CSV and apply your own pricing.
That distinction matters: a measured quantity is not a finished estimate. Material rates, labor, waste, overhead, profit and job-specific assumptions still need your review. Our takeoff versus estimating guide explains the steps.
